Bin picking with collision avoidance and path planning
Robot reaching deep into a bin must avoid hitting bin walls and optimize its path before picking an identified object, regardless objects position or orientation in the bin. This important yet challenging task is easily achieved with Solomon intelligent 3D vision system and Universal Robot UR5 flexible 360 degree axial turns.

Screw Picking
Robot is trained to pick M3/M4 sized screws via deep learning together with 3D vision. No CAD file is required to match the object 3D pose. Training time is significantly shortened vs. conventional template matching method.

Suitable - for all bin picking applications with considerable small sized objects

Bin Picking with conveyor tracking
Summary - Cables randomly piled are picked and placed in boxes on a moving conveyor. The boxes are also positioned randomly on the conveyor without any particular angle. The task can be carried out with any robot brand.

Screw Picking (M3/M4)
Summary - Robot is trained to pick M3/M4 sized screws via deep learning together with 3D vision. No CAD file is required to match the object 3D pose. Training time is significantly shortened vs. conventional template matching method.
